Maxwell Jones joined Riverview Trust Company in 2024 and brings a strong background in investment banking and capital markets. Prior to Riverview, he spent five years managing capital-raising transactions for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, project developers, and fund managers. In this role, he also supervised teams of Associates and Analysts, guiding the development of financial models and investment memoranda for clients and capital providers. At Riverview, Max enjoys helping clients work toward their financial goals and gain a deeper understanding of investing.
He holds a master’s degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Lafayette College. Max is a CFA charterholder and maintains Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses.
Outside of work, Max is an amateur birdwatcher and avid baseball fan. Originally from the Northeast, he now lives in Portland with his wife, cat, and dog, and enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
